Where are you located?
Our studio is located at Unit 3, 43 Accolade Avenue, Morisset.
This is the home of our full range of classes, including reformer Pilates, mat Pilates, barre, yoga, and our personal training pods.
Is parking available?
Yes. There is ample unmetered street parking available along Accolade Avenue.
Please enter through the main gates and be mindful of vehicles entering and exiting.
What is the 7 Day Trial?
Our $30 trial gives new clients unlimited access to all group classes, including reformer, mat Pilates, barre, and yoga.

What should I know before coming to class?
If it’s your first class:
Please arrive 5 minutes early so we can get you set up comfortably.
Arrival etiquette:
To minimise disruptions, please avoid arriving while another class is in progress.
If the previous class is still running, please wait outside and keep noise to a minimum.
What to bring:

Socks or grip socks (required for all classes, including yoga)

Nut products (due to allergies)
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a very generous cancellation policy compared to many studios.
Group classes:
Please cancel via the booking app at least 1 hour before class.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of class credit or a $15 late cancel fee.
Studio private or semi-private sessions:
A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required.
You may cancel in the app or contact us to arrange an alternative time where possible.
What if a class is full?
If a class is full, add yourself to the waitlist.
If a spot becomes available, SMS and email notifications will be sent to all waitlisted clients at the same time. The first client to accept will receive the available spot.
To accept via SMS, reply YES.
To decline, reply NO.
You can also respond via the link in the email.
Do you have a Kids Zone?
Yes. We have a gated Kids Zone located next between our reception & reformer area, allowing children to play safely away from springs and moving equipment.
There is no cost to use and no booking required.
We list family-friendly sessions on the timetable to set expectations around background noise. If these times don’t suit your schedule, the Kids Zone is still available - just let us know.
For mat Pilates, yoga, or barre classes upstairs, children will need to accompany you upstairs, where a small play area is available.
Kids Zone rules

Parents and guardians are responsible for their children and must remain on site at all times

Children under 5 must remain in the gated Kids Zone unless non-mobile or in a pram

Older children may sit on the bench seating near the reformer area

Please do not bring children if they are unwell, including fever or gastro symptoms within the last 48 hours

No food or drink in the Kids Zone due to allergies and choking risks (water only)

Shoes must be removed before entering the Kids Zone for hygiene reasons
What are roll-over credits?
For limited weekly memberships (for example, 1, 2, or 3 sessions per week):
Unused sessions will roll over into the following week.
These do not accumulate long term and are not the same as a class pack.
Roll-over credits are a bonus feature designed to offer extra flexibility.
Can I pause my membership?
Yes. If you need to pause your membership, please email info@apexpilates.com.au with the dates you would like your membership placed on hold.
Please allow one week’s notice before your requested pause begins.
How do I cancel my membership?
Once you have completed your minimum commitment period:
Email info@apexpilates.com.au to request cancellation.
Please allow one week’s notice prior to your next scheduled payment.
Can I change my membership?
Membership upgrades or downgrades cannot be completed in the booking app.
Please email info@apexpilates.com.au with the change you would like to make.

Are you PAA registered?
Yes. Apex Pilates is registered with the Pilates Association of Australia (PAA).
This registration reflects our commitment to high standards of training, ongoing education, safety, and quality instruction.
Do I need an app to book classes?
You can book classes via our website, however the easiest way to manage your bookings is through the Wellness Living Achieve App.
The app is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, with download links also available on our website.
How do I activate a gift card?
To activate a physical or digital gift card:

Open the Wellness Living Achieve App

Go to My Profile

Select Billing
-
Enter your gift card number under “Enter gift card or code”
The credit will then be added to your account.
