What Pilates Classes Are Best for Beginners?

We recommend starting with our Reformer Principles sessions. These classes focus on Pilates technique and foundational movement patterns, with options to suit all levels and abilities.

Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga are also great additions as you build confidence and explore different styles.

Before joining more advanced classes like Reformer Athletica, we suggest checking in with your instructor to make sure it’s the right fit for you.

When signing up, you can include any injuries or health considerations so our instructors can support you with appropriate modifications.​​​​​​​​​​

Is Pilates Safe During Pregnancy or Post-Partum?

If your pregnancy is progressing well and your health professional has no concerns, Pilates can be a gentle, low-impact way to keep moving.

Our experienced instructors provide modifications and use props to support comfort and safety throughout your sessions.

After pregnancy, once you’ve been cleared to return to exercise, you’re welcome to join our Reformer Principles classes.
